FY2025 Programmatic Appropriations Request

Thank you for your interest in applying for programmatic funding or report language in the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) appropriations bills through Senator Warner’s office. 

Senator Warner is now accepting requests for Virginia projects for FY25.

Non-defense: Please use this form to submit a non-defense appropriations request (Agriculture; Commerce-Justice-Science; Energy & Water; Financial Services-General Government; Homeland Security; Interior-Environment; Labor-HHS; Legislative Branch; Transportation-HUD).

Defense: Please use this form to submit a defense appropriations or NDAA request (Defense, State-Foreign Operations, Military Construction-VA).

Any appropriations request that was submitted to Senator Warner’s office for previous fiscal years must be resubmitted for consideration for FY25. Prior requests do not carry over to the new fiscal year.

Please note: Unlike congressionally directed spending requests, programmatic/language requests will be considered separately by Senators Warner and Kaine. Programmatic/Language requests submitted to either office will not be automatically considered by both Senators.

It is important to note that the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government limit the opportunities for appropriations funding. Submission of this application does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated.
