Leadership Summit 2013

VLS2013 Logo

Representing business, government, environment, multicultural groups, and etc., over 500 leaders will unite through a shared sense of responsibility around Virginia’s future. This year’s Summit brings alumni from various leadership programs together for high-level conversations around the challenges and opportunities in education, jobs, and workforce development. The goal of the summit is to provide an opportunity for Virginia’s leaders to meet and build relationships around a common goal – Shaping the Future for Virginia. Throughout the day, participants will engage in focused discussions on how Virginia can move forward in advancing an economically viable strategy for the 21st century.

Join us in this important endeavor as we work to build a statewide leadership network to strengthen and maintain Virginia’s competitive edge. Be a part of exploring fresh approaches that identify emerging trends within the Commonwealth.  Come prepared to dialogue with other Virginia leaders to share ideas and best practices.

Throughout the day, leaders of national prominence will offer their insights on how Virginia stacks up nationally and internationally on education, workforce training, and job creation.  This year, we will again hold World Café Conversations, where attendees will have an opportunity to participate in meaningful informal conversations that stimulate collective insight and engage collaborative action.  In order to ensure continued progress in Virginia, we need your voice at the table.
