Sen. Warner Discusses Heavy Burden of Student Debt on CNBC

Sen. Warner joined Republican Senator Marco Rubio on CNBC's Squawk Box to discuss the bipartisan legislation to streamline the complex federal student loan program. The Repay Act would create one simple, income-based repayment method to help ensure Virginians can responsibly repay their loans at an affordable pace.
