Join us for an unforgettable day of inspiration, empowerment, and connection at the Virginia Women’s Conference—where women from across the Commonwealth come together to learn, lead, and lift each other up.

We’re thrilled to announce our keynote speaker: Cynt Marshall! As President & CEO of Marshalling Resources, former CEO of the Dallas Mavericks, author, and retired AT&T executive, Cynt brings her signature energy, authenticity, and hard-earned wisdom to the stage. Her story will leave you inspired and ready to take charge of your future.
Throughout the day, you’ll hear from dynamic speakers, explore interactive workshops, and connect with experts and resources covering topics from health and wealth to career growth, community-building, and leadership.
This event is free to all participants but registration is required as space is limited!

This year, we are asking attendees to participate in our Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please bring some of the following items as your admission to the conference to help Virginians in need. These items will be delivered to the Capital Area Food Bank for distribution.
Most needed items: Canned vegetables & fruits; Beans; Rice; Pasta; Soup; Canned tuna, salmon, or chicken in water; Peanut butter; Whole grain hot & cold cereal.

CONFERENCE LOGISTICS
- Individuals needing assistance: Individuals with disabilities who require an auxiliary aid or service should email events@warner.senate.gov no later than Monday, November 10, 2025.
- Venue: #VAWC25 will be held at The Johnson Center, George Mason University, 4400 University Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030.
- Parking Information: Attendees can access free parking in Lot K, 4352 Mason Pond Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030. For those with accessibility concerns, golf carts will be available to transport you from the parking lot to the Johnson Center between 7:45am-8:45am and from the Johnson Center to the parking lot between 2pm-3pm. The Mason Pond Parking Garage, 4371 Mason Pond Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030, is the closest parking available to the Johnson Center, but you will need to pay the $10 all-day fee to park here. There will be no golf cart transport to the Johnson Center from the Mason Pond Parking Garage.
- Registration: Doors open and check-in will begin at 8:00 AM.
- Breakfast/Lunch: A continental breakfast, boxed lunch, and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
- Breakout Sessions: Workshop locations will be indicated in the program you receive upon check-in.
- Visiting: For more information about visiting Fairfax, VA, go here.
- Attire: Business casual is recommended. Please be comfortable.
