Senator Warner welcomed the news yesterday that California-based Northrop Grumman has decided to move its headquarters to Northern Virginia. The defense giant also was considering sites in Washington and Maryland.
During a conversation with Virginia reporters, Senator Warner congratulated Governor McDonnell on his successful effort to land the economic development prize.
