Senator Warner joined Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and FDIC Chair Sheila Bair today at a CNBC conference on removing obstacles to lending to America’s small businesses.  Traditionally, small businesses have created two-thirds of all the new jobs when the nation is recovering from a recession, but a clampdown on lending has stifled small business growth and investment.

Senator Warner has been a leader in the Senate in designing new tools to unclog frozen credit lines to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
