Submit an FY20 Appropriations Request

Thank you for your interest in including programmatic funding or report language in FY20 non-defense appropriations bills.

Please click here to begin. You will need to complete the form on the next page in a clear and concise manner for me to consider your request. Please note that the information you submit may appear online for public review.

The deadline for requests is 5:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2019. Please email any supporting documents or attachments to approps@warner.senate.gov with the following information in the subject line of your email: “Program Request – Name of Organization.”

My staff will be reviewing all requests and may require additional information or completion of a separate application form depending on the terms and conditions that are imposed by the particular Appropriations subcommittee.

It is important to note that the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government limit the opportunities for programmatic funding. Submitting a request for funding does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated.
