Senator Warner talked to Jane Watrel of WRC this afternoon regarding a potential government shutdown and its possible effect on Virginia’s 140,000 federal workers.
“Beyond the fact of what effect it would have on literally millions of peoples lives in greater Washington, I think they really potentially run a risk of slowing this economic recovery that finally seems to be picking up speed,” Senator Warner said.
